I also have broad experienced representing both creditors and Chapter 11 debtors in complex bankruptcy disputes, adversary proceedings, and contested secured lien litigation in U.S. Bankruptcy Courts across the country. Attorney Hess has handled 11 U.S.C. section 363 sales of some or substantially all assets in corporate bankruptcy reorganizations, and also secured financing for businesses to success during difficult economic times.

Half of the Firm’s practice focuses on representing individuals, families, and companies in the Bankruptcy Courts, or through private debt workouts or creditor committees.
